Import & export clearance
End-to-End customs clearance at seaports, ICDs and airports, coordinated through our network of licensed Customs Broker (CHA) partners.
CUSTOMS · EXIM · COMPLIANCE
Import–export clearance, documentation and compliance — handled right.
OVERVIEW
Cargo does not usually get stuck at sea; it gets stuck at the desk. Petrobulk runs an EXIM compliance desk that prepares and files clean documentation through licensed customs broker partners — shipping bills on the export side, bills of entry on the import side, with HS classification and duty assessment worked out before anything is filed.
Around the filing sits the rest of the job: DGFT and IEC guidance, scheme eligibility, coordination with port, ICD and airport authorities through examination, and the post-clearance document set your accounts and audit teams will need later. The aim is simple — no avoidable queries, no avoidable demurrage.
COMPLIANCE CAPABILITIES
End-to-End customs clearance at seaports, ICDs and airports, coordinated through our network of licensed Customs Broker (CHA) partners.
Correct tariff classification and an indicative duty working before filing, so landed cost holds no surprises.
Accurate filing against the commercial documents, with query response and amendment handling where needed.
Guidance on IEC, licences, authorisations and export scheme eligibility relevant to your commodity.
Examination, assessment and terminal formalities followed on the ground so cargo is not sitting on demurrage.
Out-of-charge copies, duty receipts and the complete file returned for your records, audit and refund claims.
HOW A CLEARANCE RUNS
Invoice, packing list and transport documents are checked, and the HS classification is confirmed.
Shipping bill or bill of entry is filed, duty is assessed and any departmental query is answered.
Examination is attended where required and clearance is pursued with the terminal and the department.
Out-of-charge or let-export order is obtained and the closed document set is handed back to you.
