Petrobulk Global Trades Pvt. Ltd. ("Petrobulk", "we", "us") provides freight, logistics and supply-chain services. - Shipment data (origin, destination, cargo description, weight, dimensions, value)

3. How we use your information
- To deliver requested services and process shipments
- To respond to enquiries, quotes and pickup requests
- To send service notifications, transactional emails and (with consent) marketing communications
- To meet legal, tax, regulatory and audit obligations
- To detect, prevent and address fraud or misuse
4. Legal bases (DPDP)
We process personal data based on your consent, to perform a contract with you, to comply with legal obligations, and for our legitimate business interests (e.g. fraud prevention, network security).
5. Sharing
We share data with: carriers, customs and port authorities, our partner network, IT and email service providers, and law-enforcement when legally required. We do not sell personal information.
6. Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as needed to fulfil the purposes set out here, satisfy legal and tax obligations, or resolve disputes.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, or withdraw consent. Contact our Grievance Officer (below).

We use industry-standard technical and organisational measures including encryption in transit, role-based access, audit logs and Row Level Security on our databases.
